01. Bangladesh Police is an institution providing services to the public.
0. Regardless of race religion, color and political / social / economic class, every citizen gets equal legal rights in every police station in the country.
03. The person coming to the police station will be given first service.
04. The police will show respect to all the people seeking help and will be respected.
05. The duty officer will be provided with full support in the case of the person who is making the GD in the police station and the second copy of the application will be given to the applicant with the signature and seal of the GD No., date and relevant officer. As soon as possible, the GD related matters will be taken and the acceptance of the acceptance process will be reported to the applicant again.
06. The person / code written in the police station will issue the written statement by the officer in-charge and inform the applicant the name and date of the case, date and time of the case and the investigating officer. The officer with the investigator will keep regular contact with the informer and inform about the progress of the investigation and after the completion of the investigation, he will give Zaara 3 in writing.
07. If any officer appearing for the case in the police station, the officer in charge / duty officer of the police station will be unable to enter the matter, then he will advise on this matter according to the following rules:
(A) Appeal to the Assistant Superintendent of Police (Circle).
(B) If he does not take action on the matter, then the person will apply to the District Superintendent of Police.
(C) If he does not take any action regarding that person, then the person will apply to the concerned DIG.
(D) If any of them do not take any action in this regard, the High Court will appeal to the inspector for remedies in the matter.
08. All the injured will be provided with the help of the police station and the police will collect all the medical certificates.
09. The provisions of the Education Act, 1974 will be followed in relation to child / juvenile offenders and they will not be able to come in contact with the adult crime in any way. For this, arrangements will be made to recruit teenage children in phases.
10. Ensure overall security through female police / female victims as far as possible.
11. Oneestpondileverment service has been started in a few police stations. In that case, the OneSTOP Delivery Service Center will be introduced in all the police stations.
12. Victim Support Units will be started in all the phases of the country for overall co-operation of injured / mentally challenged victims.
13. All the inquiries regarding passport / verification / firearms license etc. will be completed in 3 (three) days after the investigation is completed and the report will be sent to the concerned unit.
14. If there is a complaint against a police officer, or if there is any complaint against a policeman, the complaint will be submitted to the senior authority.
In that case, the senior authority
(A) take effective legal action within 15 (fifteen) days of receiving the written complaint and it is to the complainant

(B) Listen carefully to the person's person's statement, take necessary action and do so

(C) Take necessary measures based on the news received from the telephone.
15. All Superintendents of Police, Additional Police Super, ASP (Headquarters), concerned Circle ASP and Police Offices in all the police stations will be displayed in the public places.
16. All the duty officers at the district will be able to provide assistance to all the helpers during the scheduled time on every working day.
17. Police personnel of the thana will maintain a constant contact with the community and start a community oriented police service.
18. Senior police officers will do crime prevention / public relations meetings with regular community and try to resolve the social issues.
19. Provide police clearance certificates to the dependents abroad for higher education / higher education.
20. If a company withdraws a large amount of money from the bank, then the policy escort will be arranged according to the demand for taking the money.
21. Traffic departments in the traffic control of the district town, what services related to traffic will be displayed in the public place.
